Our original bangles are made of polymer clay by artist Kimberly Franklin, who resides in Florida. With 20-years of experience in the medium, Kimberly is a trend-setter and an influencer in the polymer clay community. Her work has been shown and sold in galleries in Tampa, FL. She has also traveled abroad and sold her work at shows including a special art show in Napa valley.

Currently, The Boutique Butterfly has a collection of Translucent-Bead Contemporary Necklaces that are artful, eclectic, and yet elegant. Each necklace is made of a special variety of polymer clay known as Translucent Pardo that can be manipulated to create a translucent effect. This light-catching translucence and color is unreal. Each when each bead is completed it is cured in an oven and then it has the strength of hard PVC pipe which it technically is made of. These modern necklaces are strong and durable for many years of wear. The artistic possibilities of this amazing medium are endless!
